Boppy
Most resources will tell new mothers they need a special breast
feeding pillow. I did not use mine very much. Once we learned to
feed laying down, that position was much more comfortable. If you are
getting one, I prefer the pillows with a belt that go all the way
around you. This way, you can walk around the house and feed at the
same time. My Brest Friend [photo right] is a good
one with a belt. If you are opting for a traditional Boppy  pillow, Ross sells them for $15 (but not on-line).
