Life Vest
If your family enjoys tropical vacations, swimming, sailing, or fishing, you should probably get an infant life vest. Even if there is a place that lends or rents them where you are going, there is no guarantee that they will have the up to 30lbs size that you need.
Better safe than sorry and some of them are very cute and fun for playing in the water. O'Brien [photo right],

and Water Pals each make one. Ho Sports makes an adorable one for Costco,
but I have not found it on the web elsewhere.
