Music
Dancing my son around to music was one of my first methods of soothing him.
Putting on music he recognizes in my car makes long trips more bearable. There are
many children's albums available, but I am a big believer in introducing kids to
"real" music early--famous music that they will hear other places, recognize, and smile.
